You are expressly prohibited from using any Content without the express written consent of Mothers Work Pte Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any material contained on this Site may violate domestic and/or international copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
Product information
Most products displayed on the Site are available in selected motherswork stores while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the Site may not be available in motherswork stores. Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
Colours
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Disclaimer
This Site and all contents of the Site are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, to change or update information, and to cancel or void your order or purchase at any time without prior notice (a partial refund will be issued for orders that have been overcharged, and an order will be cancelled when undercharged).
Discounts & promotions
We reserve the right to change discounts and promotions without prior notice. Online discounts and promotions run separately from motherswork stores and may not be used for purchases in stores. Discounts stated online are not applicable to controlled-price items or items already discounted or on sale.
Links to other websites and services
To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources whose availability and content Mothers Work Pte Ltd does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource should be directed to that particular service or resource.

Collecting personal information
When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We share your Personal Information with service providers that help us provide our services and fulfil our contracts with you — including our e-commerce and payment processors.
