You can buy diapers almost anywhere in Singapore: supermarkets, pharmacies, baby stores, Shopee and Lazada, and Mustafa at any hour. The better question is which shop fits the week you're having, because the cheapest per piece, the fastest to your door and the only one open at 2am are rarely the same place.
Before the list, the disclosure. Little Rei publishes this journal, and Little Rei diapers are sold by Mothers Work, the company behind the motherswork stores, so the first two places below are us. Everything after them is where my family has bought diapers for two boys, and where we still do when we run out.

| littlerei.com | Online | Free over S$60; S$4.90 standard (2 to 4 working days); S$9.90 express (next working day) | Little Rei tape and pull-up diapers, trial packs and large boxes |
| motherswork.com.sg | Online | Free over S$60; S$8 standard (3 to 5 working days); same-day by Lalamove for S$25 extra if you order before noon on a weekday | Little Rei at the same prices, plus other premium baby brands in one basket |

| Watsons and Guardian | Both | Watsons: free for members over S$40 | A pack on the way home, and points |
| Shopee and Lazada | Online | Varies by seller | Carton deals during the big sale days |

Little Rei, online
Our own site sells the whole range: Luxury Tape diapers in Newborn, S and M, and pull-up pants in M and L, each in a 2-piece trial pack, a travel pack, a full pack and a large box. The tape large box is S$29.90 for 64 to 72 diapers depending on size. Delivery is free over S$60, otherwise it's S$4.90 for standard or S$9.90 for next working day.
If you've never tried the diaper, start with the trial pack at S$2.60. Two diapers are enough to check the fit around the thighs and see how the bamboo-infused topsheet feels on your baby, and that's a lot less than a carton your baby won't wear.
motherswork, online and in three malls
motherswork.com.sg sells the same Little Rei packs at the same prices, next to the strollers, bottles and skincare it's known for, which makes it the easier choice when diapers are one line on a longer list. Standard delivery is S$8, or free over S$60, and takes 3 to 5 working days. The same-day option costs S$25 on top, and you have to order before 12pm on a weekday.
The stores are at Great World (#02-118, open 10am to 8pm), Tanglin Mall and Takashimaya Shopping Centre (Level 4, 10am to 9:30pm). Tanglin Mall is moving downstairs to #01-124, reopening on 29 October 2026 with hours of 10am to 9pm, and it's also where you collect an online order. I'd go in person once. It's quick. A diaper looks the same as every other diaper in a photo, and you only feel the difference in the topsheet and the waistband when you hold one.
Before you buy a box
Supermarkets: FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Cold Storage
This is where most diapers in Singapore get bought. You'll find Merries, Huggies, MamyPoko, Drypers and Rascals on the shelf, and there's a promotion on one of them most weeks. FairPrice online is free over S$59, though a service fee applies to every online order, so a small top-up costs more than the shelf price says. When our older boy was in diapers, the grandmother who looks after the boys on weekdays bought them at the FairPrice near her flat in Sengkang, two packs at a time, whenever there was a twin-pack deal, and she'd bring them over on the bus in a trolley bag along with the vegetables. We never had to think about it. She kept count. I didn't, and I've regretted that since, because I couldn't tell you now what we spent in that first year.
One thing to check at the shelf is the count. Pack sizes differ so much between brands that a S$20 pack can be 40 diapers or 90, so divide by the number on the front before you compare.
Pharmacies: Watsons and Guardian
Both stock the big brands in most sizes, and there's one in most heartland malls, so they're the place for a single pack on the way home. Watsons delivers free to members over S$40. Prices are usually a little above the supermarkets unless there's a promotion, but the points add up if you already shop there for everything else. I'm not sure how Guardian's delivery works now, since I've only ever bought there in store.
Shopee, Lazada and RedMart
The marketplaces are where the carton deals are, especially on the double-date sale days like 11.11 and 12.12, when the brands' own stores discount full cartons and add vouchers on top. Buy from the brand's official store (the ones marked Mall on Shopee or LazMall on Lazada) and check the dates on the box when it arrives. Diapers from individual sellers can be parallel imports meant for another country, and the sizing and packaging can differ from the Singapore version.
Mustafa, at 2am
Mustafa Centre in Little India has been open 24 hours since September 2024, so if you've run out at midnight and the baby's on the last diaper in the house, it's the one shop where you can be sure of finding a pack whatever the hour.
Some families drive to Johor Bahru for diapers, where shopper reports put a Drypers newborn 80-pack at about S$11 against S$22 at FairPrice. That saving disappears quickly once you count petrol, tolls and a Saturday at the Causeway.

Usually a supermarket promotion or a carton deal on a brand's official Shopee or Lazada store. Compare the price per diaper, not per pack, because pack counts vary a lot between brands.
