Health writing for parents tends to arrive in two registers: reassurance so broad it is useless, or a list of symptoms alarming enough that every ordinary cold reads as an emergency. Neither helps at two in the morning, which is when these questions are actually asked.
These guides try for the third thing. What is normal and needs nothing, what is common and worth managing, and the short specific list of signs that mean stop reading and call someone. Every one of them is written by a named person rather than the brand, and every one carries its sources, because on this subject you should be able to check where a claim came from.
